Service Area & Telehealth Expertise
High-quality psychological care delivered nationally through a clinically governed telehealth model, with selective in-home and community-based services where clinically indicated.
Able Up delivers psychological and therapeutic services across Australia through a structured, clinically led telehealth model. Telehealth is a core area of expertise and is used intentionally to support engagement, consistency, and functional outcomes.
In addition to Telehealth, we offer in-home and community-based services in selected areas where direct support is clinically appropriate and beneficial.
All services are delivered within a consistent framework, ensuring clinical rigour, clear communication, and alignment with NDIS goals and functional capacity outcomes.
Our Service Areas
Child & Adolescent Intervention
Children and Adolescent Intervention provides developmentally tailored support for individuals aged 0–18 years, from early childhood through to adolescence. Our approach adapts to each developmental stage, supporting emotional, behavioural, social, and functional outcomes across the lifespan.
Therapeutic Support (Adults)
Therapeutic Support provides individualised psychological intervention for adults (18+) experiencing emotional, behavioural, or psychological challenges. Interventions are evidence-based and tailored to the person’s goals, strengths, and functional needs, supporting improved well-being, independence, and meaningful participation in daily life.
Assessments & Reports
Our Assessment and Report services provide clear, clinically rigorous evaluations to support NDIS access, planning, and review processes. Reports are practical, evidence-based, and focused on identifying functional capacity, supporting funding decisions, and guiding effective intervention.
Family Therapy
Family Therapy focuses on relationships, communication patterns, and shared understanding within families. We work systemically, recognising that change occurs within relationships and supporting families to build sustainable, functional ways of relating that improve daily life, emotional wellbeing, and participation.
