Therapeutic Support (Adults)
Therapeutic Support for adults is designed to address functional needs across daily life, including emotional regulation, relationships, and independence.
We take a goal-oriented approach, aligning intervention with each individual’s needs and, where applicable, NDIS plans to support meaningful and sustainable progress.

When to refer
Adults (18+) may be referred when:

Refer when previous supports have not achieved meaningful outcomes.

Refer when functional impact is significant and requires structured intervention.

Refer when coordination across providers is needed.

Refer when there is diagnostic or clinical complexity.
Who it's for
Adults (18+) who may be experiencing:

Difficulties with emotional regulation and coping.
-
Challenges with daily functioning and independence.
-
Relationship and interpersonal difficulties.
-
Psychosocial challenges impacting participation in daily life.
-
Neurodevelopmental, cognitive, or psychosocial conditions (e.g., Autism, Intellectual Disability, complex mental health conditions).

Complex or ongoing support needs requiring coordinated and structured intervention.
What to expect

Initial consultation and assessment.

Individualised, goal-oriented therapy plan.

Evidence-based psychological intervention.

Targeted work aligned with functional needs and daily life goals.

Ongoing review, progress monitoring, and adjustment of support.

Intervention aligned with NDIS goals (where applicable).
Delivery

Individual therapy sessions.

Telehealth and/or In-Person sessions.

Flexible session frequency based on individual needs.

Collaborative approach with other providers (e.g., support coordinators, allied health professionals).
