Able Up specialises in supporting NDIS participants with complex and high-support needs, particularly where previous supports have been insufficient or where clear clinical direction is required. Our work is clinically governed and focused on structured, outcome-oriented intervention aligned with functional goals.

Incomplete referrals are welcome — additional information can be provided during intake.

  • Participants with complex or high-support needs.

  • Cases where previous supports have not been effective.

  • Behavioural, emotional, or functional challenges impacting daily life.

  • Diagnostic uncertainty or need for clarification.

  • Requirement for NDIS reports to support funding or plan reviews.
