Francesco Cataldo, PhD, is a Clinical Psychologist, AHPRA Board-Approved Supervisor, and Co-Director of Able Up. He provides the clinical leadership of the organisation and oversees service quality, intervention planning, and clinical governance across all programs. Francesco has extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families with complex and high-needs presentations, including developmental, behavioural, emotional, trauma-related, and psychosocial difficulties. His work is grounded in evidence-based psychological practice, systemic intervention, and outcome-focused care. He has particular expertise in psychological assessment, functional capacity evaluation, NDIS reporting, and complex case formulation, with a strong focus on delivering clinically rigorous and practical recommendations aligned with participant goals. In addition to his clinical work, Francesco actively contributes to professional supervision, workforce development, and innovation in digital and Telehealth-based psychological care.

Ilaria Cattaneo is Co-Director and Operations Manager of Able Up, overseeing the operational, administrative, and strategic management of the organisation.

She is responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of services across the business, supporting intake, referral coordination, service systems, quality assurance, and organisational development.

With a strong background in healthcare and business operations, Ilaria plays a key role in maintaining efficient internal processes and ensuring participants, families, and referrers experience a responsive and well-coordinated service.

She works closely with the clinical team to support operational excellence and ensure Able Up continues to deliver high-quality, structured, and accessible care.
