Structured assessments, evidence-based intervention, and clinically rigorous reports focused on functional capacity, NDIS outcomes, and funding decisions.
Our Services
Able Up is a specialist psychological practice providing evidence-based assessment and intervention for high-complexity presentations across the lifespan. We deliver services through a clinically governed telehealth framework, with limited in-person services available in selected locations based on clinical need.
-
Developmentally tailored support for children and adolescents (0–18), focused on improving functional outcomes across emotional regulation, behaviour, and daily life participation.
-
Individualised psychological support for adults, focused on improving functional outcomes, independence, and participation in daily life.
-
Systemic intervention to improve communication, relationships, and overall family functioning, supporting more functional ways of relating in everyday life.
-
Clinically rigorous assessments and reports to support NDIS access, functional capacity evaluation, and funding decisions.
We take a structured and clinically guided approach to psychological care, combining assessment, formulation, and intervention within a coordinated framework.
Our work is grounded in understanding functional capacity, environmental context, and real-world demands, ensuring that interventions are practical, measurable, and aligned with each participant’s NDIS plan.
We collaborate closely with families, Support Coordinators, and multidisciplinary teams to provide clear communication, consistent clinical direction, and integrated support across settings.
This approach allows us to deliver interventions that are not only evidence-based, but also sustainable, outcome-focused, and relevant to everyday life.
