How It Works
A clear, NDIS-friendly pathway from referral to outcomes.
To get started, simply complete the form on our contact page.
-
01
Send a referral
Complete our quick online form or call us. Tell us your goals, location, and preferred delivery (Telehealth or In-home). -
02
Intake & eligibility
We confirm funding (NDIA/Plan/Self-managed), availability, and any risks. We then match you with the most suitable clinician. -
03
Service Agreement & Consent
You receive an email pack for e-signature. No services are billed until you approve the agreement and consent. -
4
Book your first appointment
Choose Telehealth or In-home. We send your video link or visit details (time window, safety and access notes). -
5
Initial assessment & plan
1–2 sessions to understand strengths, needs, and daily environments; together we set measurable goals, session frequency, and support. Parents/carers are included where relevant. -
6
Sessions & home practice
Evidence-based therapy or early-intervention strategies (e.g., CBT/ACT, parent coaching). Practical activities between sessions. -
7
Between-session support
Brief check-ins and resources via email/SMS when appropriate, to help keep momentum. -
8
Reviews & reports
Progress reviews are roughly every 8–12 weeks. Clear updates for you and (where needed) NDIS progress/plan-review reports. -
9
Transition or next steps
When goals are met or support change, we plan a gentle transition and provide a summary/handover.
