Able Up works collaboratively with support coordinators, plan managers, general practitioners, paediatricians, and allied health professionals to provide structured and clinically governed psychological support for NDIS participants.

Our goal is to work alongside referrers to ensure participants receive coordinated, effective, and outcome-focused support.

We welcome referrals for participants with complex or high-support needs.

Our Referral Process

  1. Submit a referral through the online referral form.

  2. Our team reviews the referral and confirms intake availability.

  3. An initial appointment is scheduled with the participant or family.

  4. Communication with the referrer is maintained when appropriate.

Incomplete referrals are welcome, and additional information can be provided later if needed.
